This is can be booked as a 1 off season or lock in a 4 week Strength block - 3 x 1 hour sessions per week locked in on specific days. (12 total sessions)
These sessions are designed for the athlete wanting to maximize their performance in any chosen sport. Whether they want to be more powerful or explosive, stronger or faster.
Nicks wealth of knowledge and experience is second to none! He will customize a tailored plan of attack for each athlete depending on their goals. Offer support and updates along the way.
He has coached athletes in many different sports from Powerlifitng, Rugby, Athletics, Waka-Ama, & Bodybuilding. He is very thorough and precise with his coaching. He works with all athletes from Youth - Adult.
