318 Fitness Legacy

THE MECCA OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

318 Fitness Legacy

318 Fitness is more than a gym. It is a community built on strength, support, hard work, and good people. A place where beginners train alongside champions and everyone is welcome.

Before Ownership

Long-Time Members & Coaches

Long before taking ownership, Nick and Marina were proud members, coaches, supporters, and advocates of 318 Fitness. The gym played an important role in their coaching journey and became home to many athletes, friendships, and memories.

Honouring Mat Brown

A Legacy Built Before Us

318 Fitness was built by former owner Mat Brown, whose passion, hard work, and belief in the local fitness community helped shape the gym into what it became.

Mat created more than just a training space. He helped build a gym culture where people could push themselves, support one another, and feel part of something bigger.

His contribution will always be part of the 318 Fitness story, and Nick and Marina are proud to continue building on the foundation he created.

Taking Ownership

On 11 November 2024, Nick and Marina proudly took ownership of 318 Fitness following the passing of former owner Mat Brown.

Having been long-time members, coaches, and supporters of the gym, they were honoured to carry the legacy forward while continuing to grow the culture, community, and vision of 318 Fitness.
